Assisted-productivity system

With proactive nudges.

Partners and specialists pile up captures (links, ideas, screenshots, hurried notes) and never process them. The backlog grows, projects stall, and no to-do app fixes it because the problem isn’t listing — it’s deciding what matters today.

Easy capture, structured processing, a daily nudge. Every capture enters through a single inbox; a protocol sorts it to the right destination (project action vs. study material). A daily email, generated automatically, brings the next step for each active project following coded prioritisation rules — explicit user order > technical dependency > stated intent > FIFO. An automated weekly review consolidates what moved. The user sets the criteria once; the system applies them every day.

  • The user opens the email and immediately knows the next step on each front, without re-reading everything.
  • Re-prioritising is a sentence, not a meeting — a text capture changes the system on the spot.
